Exchange policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color only, subject to availability.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Once the item is received and approved, the replacement will be sent accordingly.
